This MIG Welding Wire has a diameter of .035" (0.9mm) and comes in a 10 lbs weight. It has a deposited chemical composition of (wt%) C: 0.05 / Mn: 0.62 / Si: 0.44 / S: 0.003 / P: 0.008/ Cu: 0.003 / Ni: 0.002 / Al:1.65, with a tensile strength of 510 MPa and recommended polarity of (DCEN) Straight Polarity. The wire offers high strength, high molding efficiency, and little welding spatter, making it great for outdoor, high-altitude, and other different operating environments.
Wide Applications: This wire is suitable for use in flat, overhead, and fillet welds, and works well on light-gauge plates as well as all different kinds of thin steel shapes.
