MIG (Metal-Inert-Gas) Welding Wires, including mild steel, stainless steel, aluminum alloys, and flux-cored welding wires, are available. TIG (Tungsten-Inert-Gas) Welding Rods for titanium, mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminum alloys are also offered. Stick welding electrodes for cast iron, mild steel, and stainless steel are part of the product line, as well as brazing rods.

The ER70S-6 11-lb spool of premium quality mild steel gas-shielding MIG welding wire is copper coated for the GMAW welding process using shielding gases such as CO2 or Ar/CO2 mixtures. This product conforms to AWS A5.18/ASME SF A5.18/ER70S-6 standards and specifications. The 11-lb net weight of welding wire is wound on an 8-inch spool with a 2-inch center hole and is wrapped in moisture-resistant plastic film for protection.

Wire diameters available include 0.023" (0.6mm), 0.030" (0.8mm), 0.035" (0.9mm), and 0.045" (1.2mm). The typical element content (wt%) of the product includes C=0.08, Mn=1.89, Si=0.83, S=0.019, P=0.021, Cu=0.24, and Fe=balance.
