The Welder is offered extra protection with the split cow-hide sleeve and FR material chest when mug and stick welding. Coats are available in different lengths depending on the size, ranging from 31 for size M to 35 for size XXXL. The flip-up Velcro collar and extra lined flap behind the jacket snaps provide additional protection. There are two horizontal pockets with Velcro for storage.

The durable and ergonomic leather sleeves are made from high grade cowhide, providing great protection from spatter, sparks, and heat while allowing free flowing arm movement. They can withstand heavy abrasion and friction, common failure points of cotton sleeved jackets.

The premium flame retardant (FR) body is made from ASTM D6413 compliant 9 oz. FR black/red cotton, which prevents and extinguishes fire/flames. The fabric also has an anti-static coating for added longevity and protection.

To prevent sparks and spatter from entering the jacket, the front button column has a unique three-layer fabric and Velcro design to improve protection and fit.

The ergonomic leather sleeves improve arm mobility while the lightweight FR material is designed to be breathable, allowing consistent airflow to keep you cool without sacrificing protection. Each side has adjustable side straps to offer a comfortable fit for various body sizes. Additionally, the collar and cuffs can be adjusted to your desired fit.

The flip-up collar can protect your neck from arc rays, spatter, or sparks. Two large Velcro flapped pockets offer easy-to-access protected storage.
