The ideal helmet accessory, the FR Cotton Extended Headcover with Press Fit Seal, provides additional head and neck protection. It easily connects to the top edge of most welding helmets, covering the operator's head and back neck regions from arc rays, spatter, and sparks. Constructed with durability, comfort, and safety in mind, the headcover is made of 9 oz. flame retardant cotton and sewn with high-strength Kevlar thread to withstand long-term use. The innovative press-fit silicone seal easily attaches to the top of the welding helmet, providing coverage for the top of the head and back of the neck. The 9 oz. Flame Retardant (FR) Cotton helps protect from spatter, sparks, and UV light. It also offers wrap-around coverage with an extended length to reduce glare from other light sources. The Kevlar-stitched seams with a hemmed edge prevent rips or tears. Additionally, it is compatible with all Lincoln welding helmets and most competitive models.
